Ward is born April 15, 1975 in MonroeLouisiana. Ward was a student at Monroe Christian School, a Christian private school for children. Ward attended Ouachita high school in the parish for secondary education. She then moved to River Oaks High School the season following her junior year. Following her graduation the school she attended was Northeast Louisiana University. Ward dropped out at 13 and moved to New York so that she could begin modeling. In the years following, she also decided to take up acting. The first time she was cast without credit in 1970s in the soap-opera All My Children. Later, she was cast in NBC's short-lived prime-time teen drama Malibu Shores. Then, in the fall of 1996, Ward was cast in the role of Meg Cummings on Sunset Beach. In 1999, she began her film career in the role of Brittany Foster the psychotic character from the horror movie The In Crowd. The film, which was at first a failure financially in theaters, but later on video-on-demand (VOD), became wildly loved. Ward was as a character in Shallow Hal in the year that followed, and was a supporting character. In addition to her direct-toDVD roles, Ward also made many guest appearances in TV programs like Friends. In 2009she was cast as Chloe Kmet, the mother to a young girl in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. The personal side of her life is a union with producer David C. Robinson. Together, they have one son named Cameron.
